It was one of the most satisfying moments of the Inauguration, President Obama, and Vice President Biden stood on the Capitol steps and waved goodbye to the last 8 years. When I watched it live on CNN, there was a noticeable salute from VP Biden, just before the unanimous wave from the group, that seemed to say “Good Riddance, Don’t let the Helicopter door hit you on the way out”.
