The group The Transfers consist of 3 men who met when they all transferred to Winthrop University.
Before they came together, there was The Transfer Kidz, which consists of Jonathan Scott a.k.a. “J.Scott“, and Stephen Williams a.k.a. “Steve Willie“.
The two put together their first track after moving in together as a joke. After the positive feedback they decided to do another, and ultimately a whole album.
